Position Description
- Conducts human resource and business data analysis and management
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
- Ensures consistent execution of the company’s human resource practices, systems, and personnel-related activities
- Manages administrative duties
- Manages business operations
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 2 years experience in human resources or related area OR 4 years experience in human resources or related area.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year s project management experience.
- 1 year s supervisory experience.
- Human Resources certification.
- Project Management certification.
