Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience using web technology to design and implement web-based portal solutions – at least 2 of those years with SharePoint. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field from an accredited institution. Extensive client-facing consulting experience. Demonstrated core competencies in SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office, MS Access, and MS Outlook. Experience facilitating best practices and solutions in implementing SharePoint “out of the box” functionality a. Familiarity of working with metadata, data organization, data profiling, data access, etc. Excellent Project management leadership; excellent analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A demonstrated ability to lead a team and to mentor others – a team player. Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of management. Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health. Has presented a pre-employment physician’s health clearance including a negative TB skin test and/or CXR and other tests as required by organization policy. Summary of job responsibilities The IT Business Analyst is an integral member of the IT Team and applies knowledge of information systems to determine and apply technology-based solutions to support operation goals, quality improvement, regulatory requirements, and evidence based practice. The IT Business Analyst possesses a solid understanding of standard business policies and procedures and needs, and demonstrates the expertise to translate them into software requirements. This position leads documentation of functional requirements, business cases, process changes and the implementation of SharePoint and other systems needed to meet business requirements. Specifically: Serve as the primary client contact for SharePoint and other implementations Liaise between vendors, infrastructure systems managers, and functional owners for SharePoint and other solutions Facilitate SharePoint and other systems’ adoption by end users Become a subject matter expert for SharePoint and other systems’ usability and improvements to the current applications Contribute in improving our processes and policies within SharePoint and other programs Partner with various project managers, technical leaders and clients to define projects Organize tasks and estimate delivery times For more Information go to: |
