Duties include but not limited to:
Carry a case load of 8-10 cases; provide services for minimum of 12 weeks per family; facilitate in best interest of child; document details of in-home visits; provide parent education using specific curriculum; assist families in locating resources; develop an aftercare plan for each family; input data in data collection system; participate in activities including Child Abuse Prevention Month, Regional Network Events, Community Outreach events
Requirements:
Minimum age 21; Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; successful completion of criminal records check, Child Abuse & Neglect Registry check, driving record, drug and alcohol testing; must live in the 10- county service area, possess valid driver’s license
