DevOps Team Lead — Santa Rosa, CA / Greeley, CO / Denver, CO / Wichita, KS
The DevOps Team Lead position is a leadership and management position responsible for developing and leading the Digital Lifecycle Enablement (DLE) Team and associated DevOps practices. This leader will be responsible for the management and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives related to Technology and Business Delivery Team driven product and project work. This includes the technical tools, environments, and overall Agile product delivery methodologies appropriate for American AgCredit. This position is accountable for the leadership of a team of DevOps Engineers and similar resources supporting the overall mission of the DLE team. The DevOps Team Lead plays a significant role in transforming and revolutionizing our platforms to facilitate significant growth and drive ongoing improvements.
Director IT Audit — Santa Rosa, CA
The Director of Internal Audit is responsible for providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations related to governance, risk management, and control. This position serves as a member of the Internal Audit leadership team, develops, and implements strategic and operational plans relative to the implementation of Internal Audit’s vision, mission and overall goals and objectives. The IT Audit Director will serve as the business leader of all technology, data, project, and operational areas of the Internal Audit team. This position will manage all audit team resources, including IT Co-source. In addition, they will serve as the key liaison with executive management on technical topics and provide their expertise. This position will work closely with the Internal Audit leadership team to provide direction, training, and support to the internal audit function. Success in this position will require the candidate to have a well-developed understanding and application of the IIA’s International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, COSO 2013, ISACA’s COBIT 5, etc.

Product Owner – Loan & Sales Support — Santa Rosa, CA
The Loan & Sales Support Platform Product Owner will be responsible for managing applications supporting our Loan & Insurance functions at American AgCredit. The Product Owner will manage the priorities of an Agile delivery team and any necessary implementation partners for continued iterative development aligned to key deliverables identified in American AgCredit’s strategic initiatives. Under the direction of the Head of Product Management & Delivery for the Digital and Credit capabilities, this Product Owner will work closely with the Business Transformation group and other delivery teams to establish a strong Loan & Sales Support Governance and Operating model to keep these applications healthy and optimized. You will work with key stakeholders across the Association including Architecture, Enterprise Delivery Office, Customer Risk Management (Insurance), Credit, Evaluation Services, Strategy Office and other Subject Matter Experts/Stakeholders as needed.
Senior Salesforce Platform Product Owner — Santa Rosa, CA
The Senior Salesforce Platform Product Owner will be responsible for managing the Salesforce Platform which support our Digital and Credit Delivery solutions. The Senior Salesforce Platform Product Owner will manage the priorities of an Agile delivery team and any necessary implementation partners for continued iterative development aligned to key deliverables identified in American AgCredit’s strategic initiatives. Under the direction of the Head of Product Management & Delivery for the Digital and Credit capabilities, the Senior Salesforce Platform Product Owner will work closely with the Business Transformation group and other delivery teams to establish a strong Salesforce Governance and Operating model to keep our platform healthy and optimized. You will work with key stakeholders across the Association including Architecture, Enterprise Delivery Office, Marketing, Credit, Treasury Management Solutions, Subject Matter Experts and any other Banking Executives as needed.
