Toyotomi America Corporation (TAC) in Springfield, KY manufactures metal stampings for the OEM Automotive Industry. The company supplies body panels, structural parts, and sub-assemblies to major Automotive Manufactures and Tier 1 companies, including the capability to fabricate stamping dies. Summary/Objective (role description):
Main window between company and customer. Manages specific customer accounts with an emphasis on Sales/Commercial issues. Supports Business Development and Company objectives through multiple avenues (Sales / Purchasing).
Essential Functions (duties and tasks summary):
Team members must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodations, the essential functions of the role which may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage key customer Sales and Commercial satisfaction issues
- Promotion, Quoting, Negotiations, Contract Maintenance, General Business issues
- Support and help develop Annual Business plans (Budget, Short-term (3yr), Long-term (5-7 yr) to support Company Objectives.
- Includes Purchasing function support
- Support and prepare sales forecasts and general reports (monthly, annual, other) for management review and use
- Manage profitability of account
- Support cost management function with related Dept’s
- Track program expenses, receive and issue PO’s, and communicate commercial milestones
- Develop Value improvement ideas to reduce cost in purchased or process cost areas
- Active participation on project teams or special activities related to executing Department and Company Objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Work Environment:
Open office environment with moderate noise levels. Office is located at the manufacturing facility. Will be required to go on the manufacturing shop floor from time to time. Overnight travel is required as needed. We have a standard uniform policy for all team members.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to travel both by air / car for extended periods of time. The employee must also be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time while on the shop floor.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position. Typical 40 hours per week. However, overtime may be required as needed.

Education and Experience:
- BA or BS in business, economics or a related field.
