Toyotomi America Corporation (TAC) in Springfield, KY manufactures metal stampings for the OEM Automotive Industry. Summary/Objective (role description):
Main window between company and customer. Manages specific customer accounts with an emphasis on Sales/Commercial issues. Supports Business Development and Company objectives through multiple avenues (Sales/Purchasing).
Essential Functions (duties and tasks summary):
Team members must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodations, the essential functions of the role which may include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage key customer Sales and Commercial satisfaction issues
- Promotions, Quoting, Negotiations, Contract Maintenance, General Business issues
- Support and help develop Annual Business plans (Budget, Short-term (3 yr.), Long-term (5-7 yr.) to support Company Objectives.
- Includes Purchasing function support
- Support and prepare sales forecasts and general reports (monthly, annual, other) for management review and use
- Manage profitability of account
- Support cost management function with related Dept’s
- Track program expenses, receive and issue PO’s, and communicate commercial milestones
- Develop Value improvement ideas to reduce cost in purchased or process coast areas
- Active participation on project teams or special activities related to executing Department and Company Objectives
Job Qualifications:
Must be able to travel both by air/car for extended periods of travel. The employee must also be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time while on the shop floor.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position. Typical 40 hours per week. However, overtime may be required as needed.

Education and Experience:
- BA or BS in Business, Economics, or a related field.

- Experience working with Japanese automotive culture preferred.
