Job Title: Client Services Intern (Part-Time)
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to the firm’s prospects, clients and team members. Position requires intern to perform general administrative services such as completion of new business applications, updating CRM, outgoing mailings, and welcoming clients to the office.
Job Duties
- Assist Director of CS to complete and process new business applications.
- Update database to reflect account status.
- Record notes from every client conversation in the database
- Assist Director of CS to complete and process all client service work.
- Maintain an organized, compliant and efficient system.
- Assist with copying or scanning as requested by the team.
- Pull appropriate client files when requested by the team.
- Assist our transfer and service specialist with fax confirmations & follow-up phone calls to appropriate companies/clients as needed.
- Mail all outgoing correspondence.
- Run office errands as necessary.
- Scan all new policies that come in and save to CRM.
