Staff generally start employment May 16 for training (May 13 if they are in a specialty role) and work through August 1. They’ll take part in running activities, Bible studies, lifeguarding, serving in the dining hall, and many other things which we believe builds their faith, offers them community, work ethic, and gives them opportunity to take part in proclaiming the Gospel to over 20,000 students this summer, all while being paid.
