CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University’s tenure and promotion committee and the academic committee of the board of trustees has granted tenure to Dr. Robin Magruder, associate professor of education, on April 16.

Magruder has taught as an associate professor of education at Campbellsville University since 2013.

Before Campbellsville University, Magruder was a part time instructor at the University of Kentucky from 2011 to 2013 as well as an adjunct instructor at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2007 to 2011.

She received her Doctor of Education degree in Instruction and Administration with an emphasis in mathematics and technology education from the University of Kentucky in 2012 as well as her Master of Education with an emphasis in technology and curriculum from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2004.

She also received her Bachelor of Science in Department of Middle and Secondary Education with an emphasis in mathematics and social studies from the University of Louisville in 1992.

She graduated from DuPont Manuel High School in 1989.

She is the daughter of Evelyn and Paul Fowler, of Louisville, Ky., and is the wife of Jamie Magruder, and they have three children: Tyler, Evan and Lindsey Magruder.
