CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University has promoted Ashlee Matney, assistant professor of mathematics, to associate professor of mathematics, per an announcement from Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University, on April 16.

Matney has taught mathematics at Campbellsville University since 2009.

Before Campbellsville University, Matney was a teaching assistant at the University of Kentucky’s Department of Mathematics.

She received her Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Kentucky in 2009 as well as her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Accounting from Campbellsville University in 2007.

She graduated from Green County High School in 2003.

She is the wife of Clayton Matney.
