Campbellsville University to hold December commencement Dec. 10

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University has 880 students who have applied for the Dec. 10 graduation in Ransdell Chapel and who will participate in one of four ceremonies.

Below is information about each ceremony with the number of students receiving degrees in each discipline:

The noon ceremony will feature students who will graduate with a bachelor of science degree (95).

At 2 p.m., those students who receive associate (11), bachelor of arts (4), bachelor of fine arts (4), bachelor of science in nursing (1), bachelor of science in business administration (26) and bachelor of social work (10).

The 4 p.m. ceremony will feature students receiving the following degrees: master of arts in school improvement (7), master of arts in special education (14), master of arts in sport management (4), master in marriage and family therapy (13), master of arts in educational administration supervisor of instruction (2), master of arts in educational administration principal (21), master of arts in education school counseling (11), master of arts in teaching (24), master of arts in TESOL (2), master of music in music education (1), master of science in nursing (3), master of social work (76), master of theology (4), teacher leader master of arts in education (4) and teacher leader master of arts in special education (8).

Students receiving degrees in master of business administration (14), professional master of business administration (273), master of science in information technology (202), master of science in computer science (34) and master in management and leadership (12) will receive their diplomas at 6 p.m.

The Office of Development Office is hosting a graduation luncheon in the Winters Dining Hall from 10:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. for graduates and their families on Dec. 10. Each graduate will receive three free tickets to the meal. Tickets can be picked up in the lobby of Winters Dining Hall that day. Additional tickets for the luncheon are available for purchase in the lobby as well. Cost for additional tickets is $10 per adult and $5 for children. Graduating students are allowed to invite up to six guests to their ceremony. There will be no tickets issued to the ceremony. Masks are required for all participants and guests who attend the ceremonies.

Students are to report to the lobby of the Montgomery Library 45 minutes before their ceremony to pick up name card and line up for the graduate walk. Students may pick up their graduation regalia from the CU Bookstore or order on the website at www.collegegrad.herffjones.com.
