CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University will host Dr. Joseph K. Grieboski as a speaker for Kentucky Heartland Institute on Public Policy (KHIPP) on Tuesday, April 5 at 5 p.m. in the Banquet Hall of the Badgett Academic Support Center, located at 110 University Dr., Campbellsville.

He will speak again in Campbellsville University’s weekly chapel service Wednesday, April 6 at 10 a.m. in Ransdell Chapel, located at 401 N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville.
Both events are free and open to the public.
Grieboski holds a bachelor of science degree in foreign service, and a master’s in national security studies from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
Grieboski is the chairman and CEO for Just Consulting in Alexandria, Va., a social justice consulting firm that supports the belief that people are more important than making a profit. He is also the founder and chairman of the board of The Institute on Religion and Public Policy.
He has been nominated twice for the Nobel Peace Prize and is a member of the International Hall of Honor in the Martin Luther King, Jr. International Chapel at Morehouse College.
Grieboski has been to Kosovo, China, South Sudan, Darfur and several other areas to investigate the status of religious freedom.
Grieboski is currently the founder and secretary general of the Interparliamentary Conference on Human Rights and Religious Freedom Dialogue.
John Chowning, vice president for church and external relations and executive assistant to the president, who founded KHIPP, said KHIPP focuses its attention on “facilitating public policy study and issues debate, while encouraging the involvement of Christian leaders in the public and civic arenas.”
He said KHIPP is committed to preparing Christian civic and political leaders for the 21st century.
“KHIPP invites you, the concerned citizen and student of the American political process, to attend one or more events to be presented this fall on the campus of Campbellsville University,” he said.
Chapel is designed to provide opportunities for corporate worship and exposure through of a variety of informative speakers and presentations.
All chapel events are open to the public free of charge.
All chapel programs are also televised live on WLCU-TV (Comcast Cable channel 10) and are streamed live on the Internet.
