Position Requirements:
• 6 Months Customer Service or Call Center Experience
• Technical Troubleshooting Ability
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check, which will be conducted the day of job acceptance
• Average typing skills: 40+ WPM
• Strong communication skills
• Strong command of English (in both reading and writing)
• Logical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Solid sense of responsibility and reliability
