Clinical Counseling Services Coordinator, Heritage Hospice, Danville KY 5-2020
Full Time Salaried position with benefits. Minimum requirements: Masters Degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education, or Masters Degree in Counseling or Divinity from an accredited program preferred. A minimum of (five) 5 years of social work, counseling, or related experience in an acute, home health or hospice setting. Minimum of (two) 2 years of supervisory experience required. Demonstrates confidentiality and practices in accordance with social work or related code of ethics. Adheres to Hospice philosophy of care and professional code of ethics. Knowledge of current medical and mental health terminology. Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques, psychodynamics, human relations, crisis intervention, psychopathology and group dynamics. Posse’s skills necessary for individual, marital, family and group psychotherapy. Knowledge of mental health diagnosis/assessment/treatment.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens. Must have reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance.
