Job Description for Contact Tracer: Randstad is looking for Contact Tracers to provide support to a large healthcare client of ours in the following Counties: Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, These positions are an onsite office position. Responsibilities:
- Ability to make calls to individuals who have been positively diagnosed with COVID-19 or have come in contact with someone that has been diagnosed • Notify exposed individuals (contacts) of their potential exposure as rapidly and sensitively as possible • Provide contacts with education, information, and support to understand their risk, what they should do to separate themselves from others who are not exposed, monitor themselves for illness, and the possibility that they could spread the infection to others even if they themselves do not feel ill • Responsible for staying in contact on a regular
The essential functions of this role include: • working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
