CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – In a report released today by U.S. News & World Report, Campbellsville University’s two business online graduate programs, management and leadership plus business administration, are 61st and 73rd in the nation, respectively, and CU’s education graduate program has been ranked 78th.
“Having three programs ranked in the top 100 in the country is no small feat and is a testament to the dedication of the Campbellsville University faculty and staff,” Dr. DeWayne Frazer, associate vice president for academic affairs, said.
Campbellsville University is one of two Kentucky institutions ranked in the top 100 in the business graduate category and is one of four Kentucky institutions named to the entire list.
“We are pleased that our Master in Management and Leadership program and our MBA program are ranked in the top 100 best online programs for 2015 by U.S. News & World Report,” Dr. Pat Cowherd, dean of the School of Business and Economics, said.
In the online education rankings, Campbellsville University and three other Kentucky institutions are in the top 100 with two other Kentucky institutions ranked.
“Campbellsville University School of Education is honored to be ranked among the best online education graduate programs in the U.S.,” Dr. Donna Hedgepath, dean of the School of Education, said.
For the 2015 edition of the Best Online Graduate Education Programs rankings, U.S. News incorporated program ratings concerning student engagement, student services and technology, faculty credentials and training, admissions selectivity and peer reputation.
“We have a dedicated team of faculty and staff who strive to challenge the students to go beyond their expectations,” Cowherd said.
“Our faculty strive to provide the most innovative, relevant and advanced graduate programs for P-12 teachers and administrators,” Hedgepath said. “We maintain a focus on student achievement based on best practice in educator preparation.Our goal is continuous improvement.”
