CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Dennis Paiva has been hired as assistant director of international education at Campbellsville University, according to an announcement from Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University.
Paiva previously served as team leader and freshman coordinator in Campbellsville University’s Office of Admissions from 2006 to 2009.
He received his bachelor of science in information technology with a business emphasis from Defiance College in Defiance, Ohio; and his master of business and organizational leadership from Defiance College. He also has an associate of applied business from Northwest State Community College in Archbold, Ohio.
Paiva has worked as an international coordinator, an assistant admissions counselor, a national recruitment assistant and a transfer articulation liaison at Defiance College. He was a Hispanic Awareness Organization volunteer for Defiance as well.
Paiva also served as director of sales and marketing at DynaCal, LLC in Archbold, Ohio.
Paiva is fluent in Portuguese and has communication and reading skills in Spanish.
He and his wife, Jennie, have one daughter, Luci.
