| Position Description |
Responsible for providing leadership to all areas related to missions and Students (Youth and College) by planning, conducting and evaluating a comprehensive strategy toward the Mission and Vision of our church. Regarding missions, a person who has the ability to network within the community, locate prime opportunities to share the gospel, and lead our church to embrace a missional mindset that is focused on sharing the gospel through both word and deed is desired. Regarding student ministry, a person who has the ability to create a student worship gathering with a lively atmosphere, model a contagious faith for students to invite friends, build an environment for student ministry that rapidly multiplies by the leadership of teenagers, and equip parents to raise their students with a Christian worldview is desired. |
