Director of Nursing (Kosair Charities Pediatric Convalescent Center) — This position is full time. Extended work hours, on-call 24/7, and required response to emergency situations are expected in this position. The Director has the responsibility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained through planning, organization, development, and direction of the overall operation of the KCPCC Nursing Service Department. Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration is preferred. Must have a minimum of two years of experience as a Supervisor, Manager, or Director in a hospital or long-term care facility. Must have at least one year of pediatric or long-term care experience.
Residential Care House Supervisor (Childkind Center) — This position is full time, 40 hours a week. Two house supervisors are assigned to each unit and cover different schedules. Each unit has up to 13 children who come to Home of the Innocents with various forms of trauma. Qualifications include a high school diploma and five years of child care experience OR a bachelor’s degree and two years of childcare experience. Experience in a residential facility is preferred. Ability to learn Safety Crisis Management and complete physical managements is required.
Homebuilders Family Consultant (Community Based Services, Southern Indiana) — The primary purpose of this position is to perform in-home (face to face) services as a member of the clinical team providing care to high-risk families, serving as a supporting role to parents, children, school teachers, and therapeutic providers. This position works from home office/laptop most of the time and will travel to the New Albany, IN office once per week for group supervision. Full-time; Monday through Friday, primarily first shift with some evenings and weekends; 40 hours per week. Must live in Region 15 of Indiana (counties: Dearborn, Decatur, Jefferson, Ripley, Ohio, and Switzerland). A Bachelor’s degree in human services is required. Two years relevant experience preferred.
