Campbellsville University’s new radio station, WLCU 88.7 FM, was officially turned on the air at the annual media appreciation luncheon. The announcement was made by Dr. Keith Spears, vice president for regional and professional development. The switch to turn on the station was flipped by: Beverly Kirk, CEO of Bevkirk International and former NBC correspondent, featured speaker at the event; Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University; and Al Hardy, dean of academic support.
