Position Description: The Bridge Community is a Christian & Missionary Alliance church in Elizabethtown, KY. We are seeking to hire someone passionate about working with and ministering to middle school and high school students. This is a part time position (approx. 10hrs/ week.)
This position will oversee the discipleship, spiritual growth, and formation of the middle and high school age students at The Bridge. This will include involvement in vision casting, developing a model for discipleship and formation, equipping and empowering of youth volunteers, and an overall alignment of the ministry to youth with the mission and vision of The Bridge Community. (Sounds easy enough for a part time position doesn't it?)
